[MEET ANNA] Signed a milestone $15,000,000 contract...

When Anna* first came to me, she was the founder and CEO of a social-service agency in Australia with around 50 employees. Anna was always ‘on’. People and things were constantly coming at her. It was relentless.

Anna was at capacity. And because of it, so too was her organisation (she had become the bottleneck).

Immediately after working together, Anna signed a milestone $15,000,000 contract. 

With a clear headspace and schedule she was finally able to see and execute on much bigger stuff.

We achieved these shifts by completely transforming Anna's leadership approach.

Through our work together, she stepped entirely out of day-to-day operations, cultivated a culture of leadership within her teams, developed strong boundaries, and sharpened her communication skills. Each of these dial turns allowed her to progressively take charge at higher and higher levels.

Its now been a couple of years since, and while things have continued to expand (additional investments, a new company started), Anna is also taking significantly more time off when she needs, stepping away knowing that things are able to run smoothly without her being there.

[MEET SYLVIE] Transformed team communications & optimised processes

When Sylvie* first came to me, she was facing recurring issues within her team. It quickly became clear that these issues were symptoms of deeper problems that had been given time to fester. Addressing these root causes required not only practical changes, but also deeper personal coaching for Sylvie herself.

On a practical level, we needed to create an environment where her team could excel, addressing key gaps in the operational structure. We optimised systems, implemented clear scorecards and reporting, and supported Sylvie in making the internal shifts to step fully into her leadership role.

At a personal level, we worked on her ability to stay steady and clear when faced with tactics aimed to sidestep accountability. This included recognising the patterns and practising communication strategies that kept conversations on track and standards upheld.

For instance, whenever she tried to hold certain team members accountable, they’d find ways to derail the conversation, leaving her feeling confused and frustrated. Rather than standing firm, she’d end up consoling them—completely bypassing the standards she intended to reinforce.

Much of this behaviour stemmed from old people-pleasing habits and an outdated narrative about wanting to be a “good boss,” which kept her in a cycle of over-accommodating. This, in turn, led to underperformance and ongoing frustration.

Through our work, Sylvie learnt to hold firmer boundaries and stay steady in the face of any tactics designed to deflect or derail. Today, she leads with much more clarity and confidence, and is able to hold her team to the standards required that keep things running smoothly.

[MEET AMY] Owning her leadership at a national level...

Amy was juggling contracts, running workshops, and in the process of launching her first event. She reached out, knowing she wanted someone in her corner but wasn’t exactly sure what kind of support she needed.

I could see there were a few key areas to focus on initially: 

  • Stepping into her “front of the room” leadership and shedding old habits of hiding
  • Recognising and owning her (very) unique thought leadership
  • Developing her ‘body of work’ by packaging that thought leadership into a clear, teachable framework and system. 
  • Reworking her business model to make it significantly more scalable, as her current model had some serious limitations
  • Optimising her personal organisational structures to support this next level of growth.

These are the things we initially worked on together. With these pieces in place, I designed a unique plan to amplify national visibility and reach, while also serving as a network builder we can tap into for future regional meetups.

These days Amy leads a premium annual event for Wāhine Māori, and our ongoing coaching supports her at the depth and breadth required by her national-level leadership role.

During this term, we’ll focus on the highest-priority areas of your business. Many of my clients continue working with me long-term as I support them through each new level of growth they unlock.

This gives me a clear and indepth understanding of where things currently stand with you and your business across multiple levels, and what you want to achieve. It helps me prepare for our work together and ensures we’re focused on the right things from the start.

90-Minute Business Strategy & Alignment Session

In this first session, we’ll map out what’s next for you, identify the key moves to focus on, and ensure we’re both clear and aligned moving forward. From there, we’ll meet every two weeks for private coaching calls, with weekday support between sessions.

60-Minute Private Strategy Sessions (Fortnightly)

These 1:1 sessions are where we dig into the things that matter most to your business and growth. Whether we’re working at a strategic level, navigating roadblocks, strengthening your leadership, or resetting your energy, these sessions ensure alignment, momentum, and progress at every step.

I have a diverse and extensive skillset — developed and honed through 15 years of growing and supporting businesses in the online space, multiple government contracts, coaching high-profile industry leaders and senior executives, running hundreds of in-person workshops and large-scale global events, and over a decade as a senior leadership trainer.
